Outreach
Import leads
Bring leads into Taicho once from a file or keep them current through a connected CRM.
Open Outreach → Leads → Import leads in Taicho, or go directly to the lead import workspace.
The workspace has four tabs: CRM sync, File import, Conflicts, and History.
Import a CSV or XLSX file#
Use a file for a one-time migration or a prepared list that does not need to stay synchronized.
- Open File import and choose a
.csvor.xlsxfile. - For an Excel workbook, select the sheet to import.
- Review the suggested column matches and change any incorrect mappings.
- Check the preview of the first 20 data rows.
- Start the import and follow its progress in History.
Taicho can map full name, first name, last name, email, phone, company, job title, location, LinkedIn URL, website, and tags. Unmapped columns are ignored. Map at least one of name, email, phone, or LinkedIn URL before starting.
Connect a CRM#
Use a CRM connection when records continue to change. OAuth authorizes the connection, an initial import establishes the shared records, and later changes can move in both directions according to field ownership.
The launch adapters are:
| Provider | Product support |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Contacts, webhook ingestion, reconciliation, and outbound writes |
| Salesforce | Contacts, SystemModstamp reconciliation, and optimistic writes |
| Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Dataverse contacts, OData delta links, and ETag writes |
| Zoho CRM | Contacts, notification channels, reconciliation, and outbound writes |
| Pipedrive | People, webhook ingestion, reconciliation, and outbound writes |
For Dynamics 365, enter your organization environment URL before connecting.
What Ready, Needs setup, and Planned mean#
- Ready means the deployment has the provider's OAuth client configured. You can select Connect and authorize your own CRM account.
- Needs setup means the adapter exists, but the Taicho deployment is missing that provider's OAuth client credentials. The connection button remains unavailable until an administrator configures them.
- Planned means the provider adapter is not available yet. Its action is labelled Coming Soon.
Freshsales, Close, Copper, monday CRM, Insightly, Oracle Sales, and SAP Sales Cloud are currently planned.
Control synchronization#
Each connected CRM shows its current status, last reconciliation time, and open conflict count. From the connection row you can:
- run synchronization now,
- pause or resume synchronization,
- queue the initial import again when appropriate, or
- disconnect the CRM.
Field ownership controls which side may update a value. The default manual conflict policy creates a conflict only when both Taicho and the CRM changed the same field from their last shared value.
Resolve conflicts#
Open Conflicts to compare the CRM value with the Taicho value. Choose the value that should win. The resolution is queued through the same synchronization pipeline so the resulting record remains auditable.
Review import history#
The History tab lists recent file and CRM runs with fetched, created, updated, and failed counts. Use it to confirm that a large import completed and to identify a run that needs attention.
